At Bear Root Cottage, we take great pride in crafting fresh, beautiful floral arrangements for every occasion. Because flowers are perishable and handcrafted, we understand that issues can sometimes happen. Our mission is to ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase.

Freshness Guarantee

All arrangements from Bear Root Cottage are guaranteed fresh at the time of delivery or pickup.
If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what you expected, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept physical returns of floral products. However, we are committed to making things right.

We are happy to offer:

✔ Replacement Arrangement

A complimentary replacement if your order arrives damaged or does not match the description or value of what was ordered.

✔ Refund or Partial Refund

If we are unable to reasonably correct an issue, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

To Process a Claim, Please Provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the arrangement

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Same-day or next-day orders cannot be canceled once preparation has started.

  • Orders scheduled for a future date may be canceled 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Large events (such as weddings or custom installations) must be canceled at least 14 days in advance, and materials already purchased may be non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Custom event florals once materials have been purchased

  • Sale or clearance floral items

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Items not reported with photos/evidence within the required timeframe
